Our mead is produced from honey directly from our backyard.  Seasonal meads are brewed or infused with local fruits and spices.  Standard traditional meads range from dry, semi-sweet and sweet.

Honey House Dry

  • DescriptionThis traditional mead is the perfect complement to summer. Light, crisp with a hint of sweetness, notes of honey.
  • HandcraftedThese small batch meads are produced crafted here on our farm in Duanesburg, NY. The apiary which supplies our honey is also located on the property as well. Bees spend their days pollinating the orchard and various gardens we have planted as well as surrounding orchards and farms.

Honey House Semi-Sweet

  • DescriptionThis traditional mead has a balanced light sweetness, honey, fruity esters and floral notes.
  • HandcraftedThese small batch meads are produced crafted here on our farm in Duanesburg, NY. The apiary which supplies our honey is also located on the property as well. Bees spend their days pollinating the orchard and various gardens we have planted as well as surrounding orchards and farms.

Honey House Sweet

  • DescriptionThis traditional mead has a full honey body, noticeable to prominent sweetness, reminiscent of an ice wine. This is a honey lovers’ choice.
